Thursday September 4

Friday September 5

9:00 - 11:00am Doors open for entries to be placed in Exhibit Hall (arena)

7:00 - 10:30pm Exhibit Hall open to the public & Vendor Marketplace: shop from over (arena)

8:00pm Official opening of the 168th 2025 Dundalk Fall Fair, followed by the 2025 Dundalk Fair Ambassador Competition featuring entertainment by Levi Wathke (inside stage)

Saturday September 6

8:00am Grounds open for receiving livestock

9:00am Exhibit Hall open to the public (arena)

9:30am Antique Tractor Pull followed by Truck Pull… until 2:00am (outside, track)

10:00am 66th Canadian Open Square Dancing, Step Dancing, Clogging Competition & Fiddle Contest (inside stage, arena). More info at dundalkdance.com

10:00am - 4:00pm Agriculture Learning Station and Rail Fence Books (quonset building)

10:00am - 4:00pm Ontario Inflatables & Mechanical Bull (outside)

11:00am Dundalk Junior Calf Club Show followed by the 4-H Dairy & Beef Show (cattle ring)

11:00am - 1:00pm Zoe Stardust Kids’ Bubble Zone (outside)

12:00pm Pet Show followed by NorthFIRE Circus Kids’ Show (outdoor stage)

2:00pm NorthFIRE Circus Kids’ Show (outdoor stage)

3:00pm Pedal Tractor Pull (parking lot beside quonset hut)

4:30pm NorthFIRE Circus Kids’ Show Workshop (outdoor stage)

Sunday September 7

9:00am Exhibit Hall open to the public

10:00am Dundalk Little Invitational (cattle ring)

10:00am Registration for Baby Show, Dolly Show, and Chip Off the Old Block (inside stage, arena)

10:00am - 2:00pm Little Tracks Petting Zoo (outside)

10:00am - 3:00pm Agriculture Learning Station and Rail Fence Books (quonset building)

10:00am - 4:00pm Ontario Inflatables (outside)

10:30am Baby Show followed by Dolly Show and Chip Off The Old Block (inside stage, arena)

12:00pm Dundalk Invitational Sheep Show (beside cattle ring)

12:00pm 4-H Invitational Calf Show (cattle ring)

12:30pm Party Safari Reptiles (outdoor stage)

1:00pm Garden Tractor Races (infield)

2:00pm Registration for ATV Barrel Races & Demolition Derby

2:30pm ATV Barrel Races & Demolition Derby (track; rules and regulations) & Kids’ Bike Draw - must be present to win!

3:00pm Exhibit Hall closes to the public
