The 157th Dundalk Fall Fair -- September 7th, 8th, & 9th, 2012

 

ORGANIZATION’S DISPLAY
(Section 67)
RULES
a) Open to any organized group.
b) ENTRY FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR ALL
GROUPS.
c) Each entry must have an identification card 9" x 12" to
be left with secretary until after judging is completed
at which time it will be placed with the display.
d) Space : maximum 48” wide x 48” deep.
e) Notify secretary September 2, 2012 (1 week in
advance) to reserve space. No space available for
late entries.
f) No entry fee.
g) Choose at least ten (10) different items from the list below.

THEME: “Farming in the 50s Let’s Rock Around the Clock at the Dundalk Fall Fair”
Display to contain at least ten (10) of the following:
  • Wheelbarrow              Farm Magazine
  • Garden Tools (rake, shovel, fork, etc.)
  • Bouquet of Flowers in milk pail or sap bucket
  • Old Recipe Box            Table Cover of choice
  • Any Household article decorated with farm scene
  • Quilt Block                   Horse shoe mounted with nails
  • Cattle/Sheep Shears   45 record album
  • Apron                           Wash Tub & Wash Board
  • Wash Boiler                  Old Farm Machinery toy(s)
  • Gallon Pickling jug        Imperial Crown Quart jar
  • Basket of Garden vegetables
  • Leather Jacket             Poodle Skirt
  • Tie Dye Shirt                Hippy Glasses
PRIZE MONEY:
Each group with a worthy display will receive $15.00
Each display will be judged and the 1st and 2nd prize
winner will receive a ribbon.
